If you haven’t visited Joss’ official UK website, jossstone.co.uk, lately, then you probably haven’t seen that they announced that “Baby Baby Baby” will be the 3rd single off of Introducing Joss Stone. But that is not the worldwide single.

After seeing Joss perform “Bruised But Not Broken” regularly for her US television performances, I thought it might be different for us. And it is. I contacted Joss over the weekend and she confirmed that the US single is “Bruised But Not Broken”.

That being said, she was pushing for “Put Your Hands On Me”, like many fans have. Her record label chose “Bruised But Not Broken” as the 3rd single.

I’ve uploaded Joss’ video performances of “Bruised But Not Broken” and “L-O-V-E” w/ Natalie Cole, from today’s airing of the Frosted Pink special on ABC.

Joss was in Nashville, TN yesterday to tape an episode of CMT’s “Crossroads” with country music superstar LeAnn Rimes. The show was created to show the far-reaching roots of country music by pairing country artists with musicians from other genres. Each episode will feature a different set of stars playing together, swapping stories and sharing their common love of music. For more info on the series, visit the show website.

See a video of Joss and LeAnn together here!

ETA: CMT has released some more info on the taping, along with the airdate and performance pieces.

Swapping verses on several songs, the performance included “Super Duper Love (Are You Diggin’ on Me?)” from Stone’s 2003 album, The Soul Sessions, and “Nothin’ Better to Do,” Rimes’ current single from her just-released album, Family. The CMT Crossroads episode is scheduled to premiere on Dec. 7.
