Now that Joss has been freed from EMI, they still want to make a little money off of her. Therefore, they’ll be releasing a compilation, Super Duper Hits: The Best Of Joss Stone, on September 27th.

She did it again! Joss Stone has another new album debut in the Top 10 of the US album charts, as LP1 has landed at #9 with approximately 30,000 copies sold.

I think that’s a really good opening for an album that had the limited release that LP1 did! And honestly, Joss only did about 3-4 days of promo. So, to land in the Top 10 is a great accomplishment. Colour Me Free was Top 10 too with limited promo/release! Billboard Magazine notes that this is Joss’ 3rd Top 10 US album debut.

Congrats, Joss! Now, can we get a music video or proper single release for this album before you move on to SuperHeavy fulltime? lol
